Priority Club Service Center or
email us to retrieve your membership number.
A stay takes five to seven days from the date of check-out to post on your Priority Club Rewards account. In addition to that, stays prior to enrollment are not eligible for credit. However, as a Priority Club Rewards member you may request credit for stays up to six months after check-out. If you need assistance regarding missing stays or point postings, please submit a
Missing Points Form.
To receive credit/points, be sure to provide your Priority Club Rewards membership number when making a reservation and again upon checking in at the hotel.
Points will not be issued when you stay on Reward Nights but you will earn points or miles on all eligible charges billed to your room during your stay such as food and beverage, telephone, and in-room movies at the current earn rate i.e. 10 points per dollar spent.
You will get your points back instantly when you cancel a Reward Nights reservation.
